This depends on your personal abilities and experience in conduction of motorcycles. The most important element to keep in mind is that these tours are not for inexperienced pilots. At the same time is not needed to be an expert in motocross. If you are in good shape and have some motorcycle experience, already you are a candidate.

All our tours, have a minimum two guides: one in motorcycle and the other in the vehicle of support that carries your luggage.

These trips are organized for what is spring and summer in South America. Nevertheless you should be prepared for colder temperatures in the south. Wind and rain are normal in certain areas. Temperatures that oscillate between 30ºC (86 °F) and 10ºC (50 °F) are quite normal.

From personal experience we can say that these are safe countires to travel in. You can expect extreme hospitality from the local people.

If you and your partner share a sense of adventure, it is absolutely possible to carry out these tours as a couple. However, these tours lead to some of the most remote and extreme places on earth so your temper might be put to the test.

Patagonia Rider considers this a select experience, an unforgettable moment, that is why the size of our groups is limited. Our groups do not exceed the number of seven participants and usually not less than five.

According to the dates of your tour, Patagonia Rider will provide you with a tichet from Santiago to Balmaceda and from Punta Arenas to Santiago.

Flights to and from South America, food (except for breakfast), transfer or evacuation by medical emergencies (insurance is a must), alcoholic drinks, visas for trips, tips for guides, airport taxes, extra activities (trekking, nautical safaris, etc.) and any type of clothing (you must bring your own motorcycle clothing).
